Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for drafting and improving various management system processes and operating procedures of the department, and implement them after approval;
2. According to the company's development plan and sales target tasks, organize the formulation of product and project research and development plans, and complete them on schedule; (core work)
3. Organize the personnel of this department to cooperate with the marketing department to actively carry out project development and business negotiations, and complete the development goals and tasks; (core work)
4. Organize the development and management of mold suppliers, conduct supplier qualification evaluation and contract review, and review contract agreements;
5. According to the company's development plan and project development plan, formulate an expense budget and implement it after approval, so as to reasonably control the cost and expenditure;
6. Regularly organize special meetings to lead the analysis and resolution of work problems at each stage of project development, and formulate feasibility plans; guide the implementation of department personnel's work (project) development and process innovation, and work completion; (key work)
7. Responsible for the implementation of mold acceptance, verification and process control; participate in the review of external suppliers;
8. Organize this department to analyze, solve, optimize and improve the process problems in the production workshop, participate in the trial mold opening work in the production workshop, and ensure the smooth development of production work;
9. Do a good job communication between this department and all departments of the company, establish good communication and cooperation relationships with external related units and institutions, and establish and maintain the company's image;
10. Responsible for the preparation and management of various process and technical documents of the department, and conduct audits; organize and implement document file management;
11. Actively participate in company (department) meetings, training studies and various activities, organize and implement the personnel training of the department;
12. Responsible for the work development and team building of the department, formulate work plans and implement them; hold regular department meetings to summarize the work, and submit various work reports, summary reports and forms on time. Carry out work guidance, training, inspection, motivation, evaluation and assessment for lower-level personnel; propose appointment, selection, recruitment, deployment, rewards and punishments;
13. Actively complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. 30-42 years old (excellent conditions can be appropriately relaxed), good health, and good thinking;
2. College degree or above; polymer, material molding and control engineering, mold design and manufacturing, machinery manufacturing and automation, mechatronics or related majors; have received team building, injection molding technology, quality management control, cost management, Business communication and negotiation, corporate and product knowledge training. Engineers and above titles are preferred;
3. More than 10 years of experience in technology research and development, product design or project development in injection molding manufacturing enterprises, and more than 5 years of project manager, supervisory engineer or work experience in this position. Experience in design and development of large and medium-sized automobile OEMs, interior and exterior decoration and functional injection products is preferred;
4. Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system; proficient in injection molding design process flow, mold flow analysis, product (mold) structure design, process cost; familiar with injection molding product production process, mold design knowledge, raw material characteristics, product knowledge and injection molding equipment, and have products (Mold) structure design, process innovation ability; able to compile APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, BOM and SOP and other related operating documents; have certain project development and process implementation and management capabilities; have the skill to draw drawings (three views, axonometric) Picture, etc.) Ability; understand business etiquette knowledge.
5.
